What Happens if There is Something Wrong with the Shirts I Received?

Don't panic!  You're backed by our guarantee, so we're going to do everything we can to make it right.

First things first, we have to see what's wrong.  Take a picture (or a couple) of the shirts you received and send it to help@designashirt.com.  It's also helpful to include your order number and a description of what the issue is, as well as any event dates that the shirts are needed for.

Once we've had a chance to review your picture, one of our awesome customer service representatives will be in touch shortly to discuss the next steps. 

A note on screen print ink longevity - cracking, peeling, and fading should not occur on your new shirts.  If you've experienced that on a recent shirt order, please reach out to our Help Desk with pictures, and we'll help with the next steps.
