If you would like to make any changes to your order or cancel your order, please call us immediately at 1-800-594-1206. You may cancel your order without penalty up until the point it has begun production (meaning the items are in the process of having your decoration applied.) Changes to ANY order may result in delayed delivery. Unfortunately, no changes can be made on Lightning or Quick Ship orders.
If your order is a completely custom item, such as promotional products (cups, pens, magnets) or items that are not available for order directly on our website, www.designashirt.com, there is a chance you may incur a cancellation or restocking fee. Please contact us for details.
