If our product does not arrive looking as you created it on this site or if it has a material flaw, we will refund your money. It's that simple!
Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds based on incorrect shirt sizes. We do offer size charts and customer reviews of products to assist with choosing sizes prior to ordering. Since we do not know what each of our customers look like, or what their shirt fit preferences are, we have no way of knowing if each customer will fit in the size they order.
To ensure a timely refund, we request you contact us within 10 days of receiving your order so we may provide you with a return authorization number. Returned items must be unworn and in as-new condition.
If replacements of items are needed for any reason, or if the items need to be examined by our team for flaws that are not obvious in photographs, the items must be returned before replacements are sent out.
Our Guarantee in response to the COVID-19 pandemic:
DesignAShirt continues our best efforts to meet all of our guaranteed delivery dates. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic combined with an elevated holiday courier demand, we are unable to continue this guarantee for the foreseeable future. We will still do our best to meet these dates and appropriately handle the production side of order fulfillment but cannot be held accountable for variables out of our control, which include courier delays due to demand and weather. With these circumstances in mind, we will not be accepting returns or issue refunds for delayed delivery dates. We appreciate your patience as we learn to navigate the challenges we are all facing during this difficult time.
