Our teams at DesignAShirt will continue our efforts to fulfill and ship orders in a prompt fashion to meet scheduled delivery dates. Unfortunately, due to increased volume and employee shortages with couriers across the country, there have been cases where an order becomes delayed once in transit. Whether it’s due to demand, weather, or other circumstances that cause a shipment to be delayed, these variables are out of our control. DesignAShirt will not be accepting returns or issuing refunds due to a courier delay.
If your order is for an event and has a firm in-hands date, please immediately reach out to us. We will do our best to plan and ship accordingly.
