Our preferred image types are vector based files, typically ending in .ai, .pdf, .cdr, or .eps. These are commonly created in Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw, and will be the file provided to you by the artist who created the artwork. If you do not have one of these file types, any file type with a resolution of 300dpi or higher will be best.
The Design Studio accepts the following file formats: .tif, .psd, .eps, .ai, .cdr, .ppt, .gif, .jpg, .bmp and .png files. If you have a .pdf file of your artwork, reply to your order confirmation with the file attached. Sometimes those files are vector based, which will provide a high-quality print similar to an .ai or .eps file.
If you are concerned about the print quality of your file, you can always email a copy to help@designashirt.com, and we will review the file along with one of our artists and let you know if there are any concerns regarding the print outcome.
Artwork Separations - We don't require uploaded files with color separations, but if you have a file available that is already separated, we certainly appreciate it!
