By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. You must comply with these Terms & Conditions for a coupon to be valid.

1. Each shopper is entitled to one coupon, per design. Multiple designs require multiple transactions in order to use the same code on all designs. Coupons are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash,  cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, promotions, special orders, or contracted pricing offered by DesignAShirt. 

2. Each coupon is identified by a code and may have different discount amounts. Coupons may require a minimum dollar purchase, a minimum quantity of items ordered, and/or may be tied to a specific decoration process or item style or color. 

3. To redeem the coupon code, type the coupon code into the code box during checkout and the relevant discount will be automatically deducted from the final price of the qualifying purchase. If the coupon code is not entered at the time of purchase as specified, the purchase will not be eligible for the discount. Discounts may not be claimed after confirmation of a purchase on the DesignAShirt website.

4. Each coupon is valid for a limited time only and expires on the date specified in a published post or in an email sent by DesignAShirt. Unless otherwise specified, dates and times will be based on Mountain Standard Time (MST) which may impact the validity of a coupon code in your timezone.

5. Coupons cannot be replaced if emails are deleted.

6. A coupon cannot be applied to orders previously placed with DesignAShirt.

7. If a coupon is used and the order is cancelled at a later stage, the coupon will no longer be valid.

9. DesignAShirt accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected email or other communications. DesignAShirt assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a claim or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then DesignAShirt may modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the coupon.

10. DesignAShirt reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately. Please check the latest information posted herein to inform yourself of any changes.

11. DesignAShirt reserves the right to discontinue a coupon at any time.
