Sales tax is only added to orders being shipped within AZ. There is no sales tax added if an order is being shipped to any state outside of AZ.
Sales tax is determined by where the order is being shipped. If you live in AZ but are shipping out of state, sales tax would not be applied. On the other hand, if you live in a state outside of AZ but are shipping the order to AZ, then yes sales tax would be added to your order.
If you live in Arizona, but are tax exempt for resale purposes, please fill out the AZ5000 Form attached below, and email to us at help@designashirt.com.
If you are a nonprofit in Arizona, you will likely still be required to pay tax. Contact us at help@designashirt.com if clarification is needed.
