Can I pick up my order?

If you live in Arizona or are going to be in Arizona when your order is scheduled to be finished, yes you can pick up your order from our warehouse. Since we often work with local couriers who deliver dame day, picking up your order will not guarantee to speed up the turn-around time or have your order finished sooner. The date that is listed as the "delivery date" on your order is when we guarantee to have your order done by.

Here is how you can process your order for pickup:

When you go to process your order, there is a field called "SHIPPING NOTES" that is on the same page where you enter your quantities. Type that you would like to pick up your order and we will give you a call as soon as your order has printed. It's as simple as that. 

Our standard turn-around time has free shipping so you do not have to worry about being charged for shipping if you decide to pick up your order with this option. 

Our Quick and Lightning options include a rush production fee and a rush shipping fee. So if you would like to pick up your rush order, you will still be charged a rush production fee, but we can adjust the pricing so you do not get charged for shipping. Email help@designashirt.com with the details of your order and we will help you process the order so you get charged appropriately.

Here are the details we need to know for your order. Please make sure your design is saved and finalized prior to emailing us:

- the email address your design is saved under and the design name.

- the sizes and quantities you need to order.

- the date you need to have your order finished by. 

- include that you would like to pick up the order and since it's a rush order, you want to make sure you don't get charged for shipping.

- your phone number so we can call you with the quote and obtain your credit card information.

Once we receive your email, we will call or email you the quote within 24 hours. If your order requires immediate attention and you do not hear from us within a couple hours, please give us a call at 888-487-4478 / 480-966-3500.
