Not to worry! We have an artist assigned to each and every order that comes through our doors, and they are able to remove the background (white or any other colors) from most files types. If your design has a very pronounced white outline after using our "transparent white" option in the Design Studio, it could mean that your art file is lower resolution than we typically recommend for printing on shirts.
We recommend vector based files for the best print outcome. Files with a resolution of 300dpi or higher also have very good print outcomes. Check out this FAQ for help on how to find your image DPI (resolution). Or, send your file to help@designashirt.com for a more detailed review! In some cases, we're able to quickly remove the background and upload the file for you so you get a better idea of what your design will look like.
